La propreté , water fuit avec des mauvais odeurs dans la salle de bain, canapé tachés , la hôte lucia ne répond pas , il y a un intermédiaire de réservation qui nous renvoie vers LUCIA , injoignable.

Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral direkt an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem Hafen.

Abbiamo prenotato al Relais Palazzo Nizza - Luxotel & Apartotel aspettandoci una sistemazione curata e di qualità, ma la realtà è stata ben diversa. Al nostro arrivo, abbiamo trovato il pavimento coperto di polvere, capelli e macchie, visibili ad occhio nudo. Sembrava che non fosse stato pulito affatto, oppure che fosse stato pulito con uno straccio sporco. Ho delle foto come prova, che condividerò pubblicamente per avvisare altri ospiti. La cosa più grave è che ho segnalato immediatamente il problema all’host, che ha riconosciuto la situazione e ha detto che avrebbe inviato il personale delle pulizie… ma non è mai successo. Non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna soluzione né seguito, e siamo stati costretti a rimanere in quelle condizioni. La mancanza di igiene e la poca serietà nell’assistenza sono inaccettabili, soprattutto in una struttura che si presenta come un “luxotel”. Il posto avrebbe anche del potenziale, ma se non si prende sul serio la pulizia né l’attenzione al cliente, non posso consigliarlo.

When booking, I did not realize this this was more like an Air B&B and not a hotel. There are no facilities, towel/linen service etc. A very nice woman met us upon arrival to show us how to get into the building and let us know which rooms were ours as we had booked multiple rooms. She only spoke Italian, but we had a couple of Italian speaking travelers in our group. The location was good and the beds were comfortable, but the floors and kitchen area in the apartment could have been a little cleaner. At first, I felt we were in a not-so-great part of town, but we quickly learned that much of Salerno has graffiti and laundry hanging from balconies. Only one key was provided per room which was challenging at times. For the price it was a good value considering we mainly used it to shower and sleep.

We could have used extra towels and were able to get them but only if we ran into the woman when she was there early in the morning. The floors and kitchen area in the apartment were not the cleanest. Also, 6 people sharing one bedroom in the apartment was not ideal but we were aware ahead of time there would only be one bathroom so would rethink that in the future. The only mirror in the entire apartment was in that bathroom so difficult for multiple people getting ready for the day at the same time.

Tutto nuovo e pulito

Nn poter far entrare la luce naturale. Nn ci stavano le tende e davanti le finestre ci sono altre abitazioni quindi bisognava stare chiusi o far entrare poca luce dslle persiane.
