Bàn ăn rất mất vệ sinh, ks không thay khăn trải bàn nên thức ăn dính trên khăn trải bàn thu hút nhiều ruồi bậu; đĩa ăn đã sứt mẻ nhiều nhưng vẫn dùng hàng loạt; giá cả phòng quá đắt đỏ so với chất lượng phòng và dịch vụ ăn sáng.
