Bed sheets weren’t cleaned the bath towels wash clothes and etc weren’t cleaned

The staff was great and friendly. The beds were comfortable. Floors were dirty, did not want to walk around the room without shoes. Also poorly lit rooms. And no outlets near the beds for a cpap machine.

The hotel inside is renovated and very good for the price. Unless you like the smell of weed smoke, you might want to bring some air freshener with you though.

Everything was clean except the floors. I had to walk on a towel from shower to bed. Also the refrigerator leaked water, made larger puddle on floor.

Nothing at all it was awful 😡

Well the room smelled there was a door in our room fir joining rooms and the bottom of it had a big crack and the light was coming threw,people next door was very loud tge outside was dirty.The pictures online are very deceivening the place looks nothing like the pictures on line.

Problems with the reservation, they couldn’t find the reservation I did on hotels.com Request a non smoking room and it smelled HORRIBLE! It smelled like smoke even though I specifically asked for a non-smoking room. Also, the door lock didn’t work

The room seemed clean, but the floors were filthy. Water was standing under the floor and squished water out when walking on it. The noise was terrible all night and could not sleep. In a rougher part of town.

The room was clean and spacious with comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very clean. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Hotel situated close to I20 and was very quiet.
