It is such a beautiful little house, everything taken care of, eye for detail, excellent beds, clean and very friendly hosts. And the location is wonderful!

Great location, comfortable beds, and the hosts are very attentive.

Spotlessly clean, well appointed, charming, very secure. Great parking in an underground garage. Car is actually inside a fully enclosed garage within the underground garage. Good location away from the most busy area. Owner was very helpful and responsive when needed.

Did not receive "day of check -in" information...so had to email her for further instructions when we arrived at location. Also very difficult to fit in keys into lock box provided, had to work at it.

We were hugely grateful to Monica and Isabella meeting us so late after a delayed flight. Service Excellence . The extras provided provided in the property made our short visit so pleasant. Hosts took fabulous care of us with dinner recommendations and taxi assistance during public transport strike. Well done Isabella!

Mostly it was perfect. Huge thanks to the hosts. The only minor issue was the second bedroom bed was smaller than expected and the toilets are on different floors. Property ambiance and location is fabulous.

Free parking, good location, nice host

Was only 1 bathroom plus a separate toilet-plus the mattress in the second bedroom wasn’t adequate for a second couple- more suitable to a family than 2 couples

The location was great, close to restaurants, museums and transportation. Monica and her daughter Isabella were fantastic, very quick to answer questions or help in anyway. They provided a wonderful breakfast for our stay with yogurt, bread, milk and pastries. The apartment is beautiful and pets allowed which is a huge bonus for us! Right across the street is a small park as well.

The only downsides; The comfort of sitting and trying to watch a movie, the seats are not very conducive to comfort BUT we also realised it is difficult to have larger furniture in this space. The bed is also VERY firm! If we were staying for a few nights it would have been fine but we were there for a week so you really begin to feel it.

We loved the position, the bedrooms, all the facilities. This place had everything! Water, coffee, yogurt, orange juice, Italian breakfast biscuits. Even washing liquid for machine and ability to hang out clothes. Good communication from Monica and great welcome and advice from Sara. Very hot when we were there (35/40) and air-conditioning worked well. Would highly recommend.

Be aware of steepish curved stone stairs to sleeping areas upstairs. No problems for most.
