property is on nice palace but there is no cleaning and so much cold inside

Spacious, good location, comfortable beds, two bathrooms

-Water pressure was very low in one of the bathrooms -only 2 spoons -no normal knifes, only butter ones -Electricity dissapeared when trying to turn on the jacuzzi -jacuzzi itself is in not good of shape -not very clean -no dryer -no iron

The apartment is in a very good location. Close to the metro, trams, buses, supermarkets and many restaurants. Close to the embankment with a view of the Parlament -there is a fantastic view of the Parliament from the Metro/bus stop. The Fisherman's Bastion and the Palace are only 7-10 minutes' walk away. The apartment was designed to be comfortable and beautiful. High ceilings. Two separate bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Good mattresses. The landlady responded to our messages quite quickly. There is a capsule coffee maker (capsules are not provided).

There is electricity only in the living room, kitchen, and small bedroom. There is NO electricity in the second bedroom and BOTH bathrooms. There are many sockets, but only few of them work. No kettle. The cleaning before moving in was done very superficially - it looks like they only swept it. There is hair on the floor in the bathrooms. It looks like they didn't even change the bed linen - we found black hair on the sheets. There are cobwebs on the ceiling. There is a thick layer of dust on the window sills, and the windows are broken (please, see photos). Since there are very few working sockets, the router's Wi-Fi wire is stretched straight across the front door.

The location was good.

I stayed at this apartment with friends, and while the location was great, unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. We had agreed on a check-in time between 15:00 and 16:00, but when I arrived at 15:00, I had to wait outside in the cold for almost 2 hours before the host responded to my messages. She didn’t get back to me until 16:30, which was frustrating given the agreed-upon check-in time. When we finally got access to the apartment, it was far from what we expected. The place wasn’t clean – there were chewing gums on the wall behind the sofa, and the towels didn’t look fresh. Additionally, we had issues with the electricity; the power in the bathrooms and one bedroom was out. We contacted the host, who promised that someone would come the next day to fix the issue. However, the next day, she told us it would be another day, and no one ever showed up to address the problem. The only positive aspect of this apartment was its location, but unfortunately, the poor communication and maintenance issues really affected our stay. I hope the host takes this feedback seriously and improves the experience for future guests.

The location

The apartment is located in the 3rd floor without elevator. The flat has no cooling system (air conditioning or even a van) it was too hot inside it.

The location and the tranquility of the surroundings were perfect. Clean and there were all the kitchen utensils and linens/towels you might need.

It would have been better if the owner had not waited until the last moment to provide the necessary information. When we boarded the plane, we received no information about where to get the keys and the passwords. A cleaning bucket and a mop greeted us as soon as we entered the door, which felt like a "house-clean!" message. During our stay, we neither saw the owner nor were able to communicate with her. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem, but when I tried to reach her about a second copy of the key, I couldn't get through. Days later, she mentioned a communication failure with Booking.com; however, I'm not sure about that. Additionally, not the apartment but the interior of the building is poorly lit, shabby, and has been neglected. If I were alone, I would have been scared. The stairs might be a challenge for older people. The big bedroom is comfortable, but the small room feels like a forced bedroom. The curtain on its window overlooking the inner courtyard is semi-transparent, and people can pass in front of the window.
