Inn on Fox Meadow - Spacious Victorian Inn

Almost everything!! The response rate is amazing whenever I had a question to ask them. Room and breakfast was very nice as well!!

Getting in the tub is very difficult for older or short people. Some heavier curtains would be nice and the other bedroom which we personally didn’t need has no curtains. Also you can not see the address at night!

Very nice clean property, I was lucky to get a large room with lot of natural light. The staff & the owner are very friendly and supportive. Located in a quiet location, but walking distnace to local shops. Yu can park the car in the premises.

What to say about this incredible place ? You will be able to check in any time even by night if you arrive late by plane. This is really like home. There are only few rooms, and I had the royal one. A bed really amazing, the best I have ever had. And this place is so quiet and peaceful., really no noise at all. You can make your own food and have lunch in the kitchen., and breakfast can be included. Really I still have one night and I don’t wanna leave 😂. It’s only 20 min by bus from metro station and 40 minutes to Washington center. Bus is free. And it’s worthy for the price really. It’s safe for a single woman to go there as well . In the house you have also living room and Oder spaces where you can enjoy time. Bus is 7 minutes far by walking or you have one in front of but it takes more time to reach metro station. I highly recommend as you can see ☺️

The property was pretty well kept, the rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable

Walls are very thin and feels like you are able to hear noise from anywhere in the house. Car alarms kept going off outside of the inn. It says breakfast included but not real breakfast and very limited options of oatmeal, cereal, chips, granola bars.. They had only 2% milk and no dairy free alternatives

The snacks, drinks & dishes needed replenishing , but it was sufficient for us.Accomodations A+

El was great. Her dog Lightning was very sweet. Very charming house. The innkeeper was very accommodating in providing a tub grab bar and shower chair, which I needed for safety. The few times I had a question, the messages I left were answered promptly.

I know it is winter, but the house was a little too cool for my taste. Staff was very responsive in providing a space heater for my bedroom and an extra comforter, which worked great. I wish there had been some other source of protein for breakfast; perhaps hard-boiled eggs? The bay window behind the bed had 3 pull-down shades. I was only able to pull 2 of them down to block out street lights at night. I couldn't reach the other one directly over the bed. I don't know how that can be fixed. Maybe a shade with pull cords on the side, which would avoid having to climb on the bed to move shade up or down? That said... still a very nice stay!!
