"Good just missing some basics"

The hotel is very nice, staff are also very professional. Amazing pool and rooftop bar. Booking agent helped me to get bus number from Hanoi, get the taxi app (couldn’t use my international card at the end), informed me pool is not included AFTER my confirmation booking 🙃 but replied all my question about about it very quick.

Pool and gym are not included in your bill so it’s a confusing description. My room wasn’t clean the next day after my first day, I didn’t get to have more bottles of water, the floor felt a little dusty too. I didn’t have a bathroom carpet, I turned on the water heater but just worked once 👎🏽 I couldn’t use the kitchen because they don’t include a pan 😂 . YOU CANT SWIM ON THE NEAREST BEACH!!!! Pd: you don’t have tea or coffee sachets. I didn’t have a bad time at all , this attentions were just missing.

Extremely comfortable, spacious and beautiful appartment that was well furnished, very clean and in a nice area. Host was very attentive and quick to react for any questions I had. The bed and the linen was honestly the most comfortable I've had in Vietnam so far. I slept like a baby and would have loved to stay longer
