Baby cots must be requested upon arrival at reception. They are subject to availability. Please note that for nonrefundable rates, payment is required on the day of booking. If your credit card cannot be charged, an additional fee will be charged upon check-in. The Elysée Val d'Europe accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily pre-authorize your card prior to arrival. Cash payments at reception are permitted up to EUR 1,000. This limit may be extended to EUR 15,000 if your tax residence is abroad. You must present an ID or passport for any payment over EUR 1,000. You must present a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please inform L'Elysée Val d'Europe in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to check in. Payment by holiday vouchers (paper or Connect) is accepted on site. However, payment by bank check is not accepted.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
