The stairs were very steep so quite scary

Clean apartment. Ample hot water and strong shower pressure. Comfy living space, comfy beds.

Very steep staircase. Could have a few more crockery items - bigger bowls for cereal etc.

All the little extra touches (especially the shoehorn) It’s very thoughtful. Very spacious. Very clean.

The bedrooms don’t have any black out curtain or blind. It was a very early wake up at this time of the year. The regulation of temperature on the shower was difficult.

The owner was very attentive, there was a boiler issue and she made sure we knew of what was happening and when. The apartment itself was lovely! Great for a family, everything was clean and welcoming. Everything was in working order - the boiler although had a problem was still working and was checked over by an engineer before we checked in. Would definitely stay again if we do another Bristol visit. They have a car park for one car.

The stairs were extremely steep and narrow so our niece slipped and us adults almost slipped a few times. Not sure if anything could be done but it was a bit scary moving up and down. The apartment is quite big and spacious so it took very long to warm up the bigger rooms in this winter weather. But other than these two, we really loved everything else. Worth the money.

A very clean comfortable stay with lots of space. It was very well equipped.
