The staff were exceptional. They genuinely cared about us, offered us water everything we went out as ut was very hot, tea in our room when we came back, food for our taxi journeys at no extra cost. Unlike large hotels where staff are "trained" this felt like being looked after by family. From reception to the cleaning staff. Clean, wifi good, air-conditioning worked, lots of hot water and good water pressure made up for the cosmetic appearance . Also huge bed, clean sheets and not dusty underneath it! Great location, 8 mins to Gateway to India , right next to the shops on the Causeway

The hotel is rather tired, and little things like longer shower curtains would make a difference
