It is very comfortable for two people to stay 😊

Big comfy unit with a great view from the balcony. Nice a comfortable apartment located in one of the most beautiful areas south kuala lumpur. The pool is enormous and fantastic and the facility area could be just marvellous if full operative. The mini market at 7th floor is a bliss. Security guys are nice. Building management at 7th floor is operating till 6:00 pm. Restaurants and markets 2 min walk. Putrajaya rever esplanade is just fantastic. Please visit Putrajaya. It’s a gem 💎

Informations to collect keys and access the unit were not very clear. You won’t need any key to own the mail box and you won’t need one of the two door keys provided to open the gate. That was confusing and it took me a while to figure it out since the property manager is not promptly responsive. Some essential were missing like scissors and basic cooking appliances like a rice cooker, fry pan for omelette, chopping board, spatula. Only one set of key-card-chip is provided and be aware that if for any reason you loose it the property manager won’t be able to help. I strongly suggest the property management to hold a spare set just in case may any issue occur and to promptly communicate with costumers to follow-up with any requirements/need. The gym, the observatory terrace, the game room, the sauna and the roof top garden were all locked down. That was very disappointing since the building is not walking distance to any other facility nor attraction. So don’t be misled by the pictures on the ad.
