Villa Luna- Pool with Jacuzzi by the Beach

The property was spacious for a big group and had a good location close to beach.

The pictures are deceiving as it was not maintained at all (the door hinges are in need of repair, the first floor door and the toilet door doesn’t even lock when you are inside) and places like BBQ are very dirty and unusable. The whole place is rundown. Plus there was a weird smell in the house and the kitchen sink, as it is probably not used much. Basic supplies for toiletries and kitchen were also not there. The name says villa with jacuzzi and ironically, jacuzzi was not working! Additionally, the person who runs it- Francisco is very difficult to communicate (does not speak English) and he started shouting at us to leave the villa, when we asked him to fix the jacuzzi. After a while he said someone will come to fix it and it was eventually fixed but the jacuzzi is only namesake as it does not work properly. Plus the swimming pool had a timer which we were not told about.

La ubicación muy buena, muy cerca de la playa. La atención por parte del anfitrión (sr Galindo) excepcional. Piscina privada con yacuzzi fenomenalmente cuidada.

Quizas la modernizacion de algunas estancias. Todo lo demás muy bien.

We verbleven met 2 gezinnen (8 personen) in de villa. De villa was hiervoor ruim genoeg! Een heerlijk buiten met een lekker zwembad. Het park achter de villa (en direct toegankelijk) met de bijbehorende sport velden (voetbal, basketbal, tennis en tafeltennis) waren ook prima. De locatie is fantastisch met het strand en Pépé’s beach club op minder dan 5 minuten lopen. Ook de supermarkt op loopafstand. 2 slaapkamers, badkamer waren apart van de hoofd villa.

De villa is op sommige punten wel aan een update toe. Kleine gebreken die makkelijk te repareren zijn.
