"Overall the apartment was good for my family."

The location was great quite and nice.

When leaving the apartment the front gate to exit the apartment complex was locked.

"A terrible experience"

I didn’t get to stay there. I got there like 9:00pm. When I got there I call Gustavo the property manager and he said that they only do check ins until 7pm. In the app said that check in was from3-12am. Gustavo said that there was no body to check me in at that time. So I ask for my refund. He said that at that time he didn’t have time. I asked him for his name and he said that it was Gustavo. He didn’t give me a last name. And he hang up on me. I been trying to call him and no longer answers.

I want my money back. Please. I didn’t cancell.
