We have been visiting IBIS Calangute for a decade now. This was our fourth stay in this property. I must say they earned our respect and loyalty over all these years and we make sure that we stay there for at least one night during all our Goa trips. This time it was a bit below our expectation. The hanging decoration piece at the main entrance where the reception deck is situated needs to be changed immediately. It has become dull and non appealing. Staff also skipped offering us a welcome drink. Earlier they used to offer a tiara to women travellers too. It was a major missing for us this time. The breakfast menu has also lost its zeal a bit. We were disappointed to find some of our favourite donuts and muffins removed from the breakfast buffet. The LCD display of the elevators need replacement as they have got broken with dirty black spots on them. The room doors were not smoothly closing. We expect IBIS to work on this feedback and take care of the unique experience they have been offering to travellers over the years. I will still recommend a stay there as they offer an homely experience like none other ❤️👍

Bldg is In the some narrow street.. in pictures it’s totally different, pathetic stay, toiletries, mattress, pillow, service, 2-3 hrs delay in services (food, room, phone, cutlery, cleaning), frequent power cut off,
