"Pathetic experience! Will never choose this hotel."

Nothing! Location is very bad. Deep inside a narrow dark road.

Staff was never responsive, poor management during morning rush hours, bar counter staff was rude, no vallet facility, rooms are very small

Rooms good for couples. Facilities & behaviour of staff good. Location is also good. Welcome drink was amazing plus 2 pint of free beer.

Shower did clogged. Few continental breakfast options. Checkin time was slow. One Pillow case was a bit dirty.

Bathroom choke up, The queen bed provided consists of two single beds pushed together. The gap in the middle is making the bed uncomfortable for our child.
