Overall experience was very good. Breakfast was good lots of option including live dosa, omelet when you ask staff. Rooms were spacious and clean however I feel it requires renovation. Staff is helpful, respectful, and quick service. Location is closed to Calangute beach around 500 m.

I liked the person Mr. Suraj only attending the peoples seriously and the security staff.

The Desk person Ms. Neha was so arrogant to talk like she doesn't care about customer and in restaurant there was no sufficient staff to attend peoples.

"Avoid this place at any cost. Unprofessional staff and poor service."

This hotel is not ready to handle crowd especially during long weekends or during the peak season. Breakfast was badly managed, food was served cold, overcrowded place, no place to sit, very very limited options, no healthy options in the breakfast.... It was pathetic experience. Seems this is being managed by inexperienced ppl or by interns. Their behavior was not very friendly and for everything they said call reception , call reception.... pathetic. Room was the real disappointment for us. We had to change the room after one day of stay as we started feeling sick and puckish. Room was having humidity problem and stinking very badly. Has to call housekeeping to spray the room freshener but he couldn't provide the strong room freshener and that didn't help. Room's fridge was not working, room's door lock stopped working and technician spent 2 hrs to fix the lock wasting our time as well. It was very frustrating and disappointing. We were regretting our decision to chose IBIS.
