GBKeys were easily located, Home was beautiful and spacious - especially given there were a lot of us. Details on WiFi and how to change thermostat were all provided, and parking was simple! The house was blisteringly warm on arrival, so much so we had to open a window! But it was nice arriving into a cozy environment in from the cold! Rae kept me well informed using the Booking app messaging system, and was responsive at all times. She even asked if I would prefer to use alternative communication channels for convenience, which was a nice touch. A really great place to stay! Would stay again :)
The only real issue was that it felt odd to ask for a direct bank transfer deposit. It made me wary of a potential scam, I felt it necessary to do some digging around the company before obliging. However, I needn't have worried, and my deposit was returned in full! No issues at all! I would recommend a better way of requesting a deposit, if possible though.

GBGBThe property was in a great location for Alton towers & a super store tesco was only 8 minute drive away. Plenty of smaller convenient stores close by also. The property was clean and comfortable. The host was brilliant at answering any questions & was only a text away if needed.
There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property however the only thing that was missing was a hoover/brush so we could tidy after ourselves. Fabulous house

This isn’t a comment about anything I didn’t like as everything was perfect , was just a little thing , there was no hand towels in the bathrooms which would have been useful , there wasn’t a pizza cutter or tin opener , pizza cutter wasn’t a massive issue as we just used a knife but we couldn’t open the tin without the tin opener. Also couldn’t get access to the back garden as no keys , would of been good to be able to open the door when it got too warm inside . As I said these are only little things everything else was perfect
GBThank you for sharing you house with us. It is a lovely home, the cleanliness and tidiness is fab. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding soft. There was plenty of toilet roll for the whole family. The house is very accessible for Alton towers being less than 30 minutes away. We visit Alton towers often and would definitely consider rebooking. Thank you again
The only negatives was that we couldn’t find child friendly plates, bowls and cups. The crockery available was lovely and was worried the children would break it.
