Is was everything really nice and clean , I was feeling like in my house. Very easy to city center 5 minutes. And the cleaner so nice and really comfortable with everything. 100% well rebooking this flat is a lovely experience there.

It was very comfortable and warm. Flat s heating was exceptional, especially because during our stay Exeter was rainy and temperature was cold.

A bit difficult to find the flat, it is hidden. Difficult to find recycling bins outside, we had code for enter gate of recycling bins only last day we were there. Not great quality of sheets and towels.

"Nice for a short stay for 1 or 2 people"

The location was perfect, the place was cosy possibly comfortable for 1 or 2 people. Everywhere was very clean, and very close to the centre so nice walking distance.

It just wasn't comfy, the sofa was comfortable but just not enough for the 3 of us staying there, needs another arm chair and another coffee table. One of the bedrooms the heater doesn't work, not good we was there for January. We was there for a weekend so had noisy upstairs neighbours (Not the owners fault) sounded like they was playing musical chairs at 2am. What we was most upset about was we asked for Permit for our stay, but seems our leave day which is check out 10am we got a parking ticket for, best to ask when they've put it on for as we got it at 7am on our check out day. Was not happy, contacted the host but just got the auto reply of check out instructions.

Location was good comfy beds.

No WiFi, so no TV as depended on Internet, someone was going to pop in but didn't arrive, tried different codes advised by contact with hosts but all failed.

The property was decorated to a high standard. There was everything needed for a short stay.

The property itself was good but the entrance to the apartment was covered in litter. It was a student area so quite noisy throughout the night.
