Laina Villa Ubud

The villa was spacious and very comfortable. The pool is large, deep, and refreshing. Good size fridge and filtered water on tap. Large comfortable bed, and the bathroom was nicely decorated and has a deep bath with a separate rain shower. Housekeeping is wonderful and very helpful.

Overall, the villa could have been cleaner, especially in the bathroom and the kitchen. The building is not of high standard as there is water damage in the walls and building construction is not well finished. There is no arial outlet for the tv to connect to channels. You can only watch Netflix, Disney, Prime etc using WiFi connection. There was a big water leak in the tv area, which was very dangerous and slippery on the tiles. At 5.30 am, the outside ceiling collapsed and left a big mess in the pool. The villa is only 1yr old and these things should not happen with guests staying. We wanted a full refund but was only offered 1n refund and free massage.

Really beautiful house with pool in the center of Ubud but not crowed or noisy. A hidden gem!

部屋のインテリアが派手すぎず良かった。 スクーターのレンタルも１日８万ルピアと周辺のレンタル料金と同じでした。

バスタブにお湯を貯めると途中で水に変わる。量の制限でもあるのかな？シャワーの時は問題なかったです。 初めてだと場所がわからない。Booking.COMで予約したヴィラ名とは違ったので困惑した。

Good location. Close to centre of Ubud. Good Communication with host.

Pool out of action for a day. Toilet clogged for most of stay.Gas connection leaking and bottle need to be removed.

Needs more to focus more on the cleanliness

Place was pleasant. Pool was nice. Central location. Kadek did everything in his control to make our stay pleasant.

Poorly constructed. Cheap finishes. Air ventilator fell on my son in the bathroom. Can’t park car as the passage way is too narrow. Place gets super hot without air con. bisman is super busy, lots of cars.

Location is perfect! 5 minutes from the central, surrounded by many cafes. Definetly will stay here again when I’m back to Ubud.

Too bad when I was there the pool has not been clean yet and I need to wait for another day for the cleaner to clean.
