La Rosa de la Alfalfa

We had an amazing stay in this apartment in Seville! The place is spacious, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. The highlight was definitely the wonderful, huge shower – absolutely fantastic and very relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The apartment offers plenty of space and feels modern and cozy at the same time. The only small downside was the lack of windows, so it wasn’t possible to ventilate the rooms naturally, but this was a very minor issue compared to all the positives. Highly recommended – a perfect place to stay in Seville!

Appartamento consigliatissimo , arredato con gusto e cura al dettaglio e dotato di tutti i comfort. Pulizia impeccabile. Zona centrale vivace ricca di ristoranti e locali, ma al tempo stesso tranquilla. Supermercato e stazione dei taxi letteralmente a due passi da casa. Eccezionale!

Very good location. Easy to go different places by walking. Apartment is elegant and easy to use and comfortable. Room is warm easily w the heating mode before Xmas while living room is bigger but still pleasant room temperature. Online response is pleasant and responsive in general.

Didn't have lots of experience w apartment but recommend to take pic of furnitures at check in to avoid future dispute. The pillow is amazing while the mattress is the only minor area for improvement (quite soft) but rest are nearly wonderful.

Excellent location, close to so many great bars and restaurants as well as minutes walk from main sights, but a touch less touristy than Santa Cruz. Opposite a supermarket and taxi rank too. We have stayed here a few times and it is always very clean and has very good facilities. Safe building, modern apartments with good showers, heating, and appliances. Staff are responsive and the remote check in instructions are clear and easy.

This time we were on the top floor in a studio and there was a continuous noise, including overnight, it was some form of motor. It was not that loud, more a hum, but it could be annoying at times and possibly impact sleep depending on how light a sleeper you are. A couple of days there was also a very strong smell of food from cooking somewhere nearby. Hence this time the rating is lower than we have previously rated other apartments in the same building.

- Le logement est très beau, très propre, assez grand et l’emplacement est juste incroyable (point centrale à tout Seville) - la société qui gère le logement est très réactive et a l’écoute - des lockers sont disponible dans le bâtiment gratuitement pour les valises le jour d’arrivée et de départ.

Seul petit bémol qu’il serait intéressant de dire au futurs client: IL N’Y A PAS DE TERRASSE, seulement un petit patio entièrement fermé et couvert (dans lequel il fait étouffant) Le logement n’a aucune ouverture sur l’extérieur, il y fait donc sombre et impossible d’aérer.

Book this place as it ticks all boxes - location, high quality furnishings, loads of space, quiet, safe, fantastic restaurants just outside and supermarket across the road. The staff are extremely helpful and have luggage storage.

Nothing. Might be good to know in old town Seville that there can be a mild faecal smell in bathrooms. This was not a problem as the bathroom had good ventilation and fan.
