Once upon a Cosy Nook

Andrea and Graham make you feel very welcome. There are some very nice touches (chocolates, specialty teas, hot chocolate and marshmallows). The bed is very comfortable and plush. It’s a short walk to the bars and restaurants of St Clair, Dunedin.

The hosts could not have been more friendly and accomodating. The house is immaculate and the location, within minutes of a beautiful beach, was superb. The access is good and parking easy to find. The local beach front (St Clair) is magnificent and has an excellent range of eating establishments catering for almost every taste.

The accomodation is simply a room is a house, with shared bathroom. Although this did not cause any problems it must be borne in mind. This is a minor quibble however.

Hearing the TV going in the host's part of the house and their conversation. Would be good if they had a door to block off their main area.

Lots of attention to detail and beautifully appointed. The room was roomy with ample space to sit and relax. Everything you could want, including a small fridge and complementary bottles of water as well as the usual tea/coffee.
