Ottima posizione, il Riad è molto pulito e accogliente. Sakina molto disponibile negli orari e cordiale nel preparare la colazione. La struttura è organizzata benissimo e ha tutto quello di cui potete avere bisogno. Molto gentili a stampare le carte di imbarco.

Colazione buona ma ripetitiva, comunicazione non perfetta tramite messaggistica su Booking.com con l’host e upselling costoso sui servizi (cena e trasporto da/per aeroporto)

We loved that it was close to everything and beautifully furnished inside. From our arrival at the meeting point and Mounir helping us with our luggage everything was perfect.

We was a little taken back on the way to the riad as you have to walk through some alleyways which are still under development. There is some construction work next door also but nothing too crazy

The property is ideally located to access attractions like the Bahia and El Badi palaces, and just is just outside the saadian tomb, within a 15min walk you will reach the Mammounia and the famous Djma El Fna square, entry to the medina... The property is clearly new and the design is stylish. The roof terrasse and the outside tub (albeit not warmed up) are very pleasant features)

While you get the full house with 3 double bedrooms, you do not get the exact riad experience. The property is rather compact with small bedrooms and chill out areas. The service is limited a basic breakfast compared to other riads: - bottled orange juice vs freshly squeezed; - the pancakes are re-heated vs cooked on site - we had one egg per person on one of the days - local pastries were served on onother day. We waited for 45 min the pick up at gbe airport and the owner blamed it on our fast processing through immigration compared to expectations. In terms of comfort, while the riad is new and clean, we found the beds super hard (mattresses on concrete base) and the pressure in the showers was excrutiatingly low. Overall, having travelled several times to Marrakech, i would say that this riad is probably closer to an Rb&B experience than what you would expect from a traditionnal riad. The property remains good value for money on the basis of 6 guests, but with lower occupation, you would find better prices.
