The property was close to the airport where we had been stranded. It had plenty of room for us all and Elena was very attentive and helpful

We couldn’t get the WiFi working

Check-in was smooth, and the host communicated well. There was plenty of free parking, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom had a bathtub, which was a nice touch. The shower was good as well, and included shampoo and shower gel. Extra blankets were available, and there was plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. We also appreciated the hairdryer and the pleasant outdoor area with seating and a table. There's a community swimming pool available for guests.

The internet was incredibly slow; even after resetting the router, we didn't get more than 3.20MB internet speed (before resetting the router it was between 0.17MB - 0.57MB). It's also an unprotected Wi-Fi network, which is very unsafe. I'd strongly recommend getting faster Wi-Fi and secure the connection with a password. The bidet was broken, but this wasn’t communicated beforehand. The water supply was turned off, but we assumed it had just been forgotten, so when we turned on the water and the bidet was used, the bathroom flooded. We spoke about this with the owner, and apparently a previous guest unfortunately broke it. A simple note saying it was out of order would have been helpful. The apartment is above restaurants, which were quite noisy, especially with loud singing and shouting from British tourists most of the day. However, we were aware of this beforehand, and with earplugs in, we had no trouble sleeping. If you're into this type of tourism, I'd say the location is absolutely perfect. The bedrooms don't have proper blackout curtains, so the room was always quite bright (either from daylight or streetlights). If you prefer a dark bedroom, make sure to bring a sleeping mask. There were scented sticks placed in the rooms, which we didn’t like. It seemed like cigarette smoke was coming through the ventilation system from a neighbour’s apartment into the bathroom, which might explain why the scented sticks were there? Anyway, we ended up putting the sticks in a closet during our stay, because the strong and sweet smell made me nauseous, and my asthmatic husband also didn’t feel great because of them.

Location, apartment itself was beautiful and beautifully decorated, very clean…and host was super friendly!

only downside was the mattresses - quite uncomfortable if you’re used to foam mattresses.

The house is big, spacious and comfortable. There are two bedrooms, a nice kitchen and a great living room with a comfy sofa and large TV.
