Quiet environment and peaceful.

Kinda not reasonable for the price, expected much more for my buck. The door to the room and the old piece of rug as the door matt.

The property is very clean…..I had to check in an hour early due to a change in my meeting schedule….. Mike was very accommodating and I love me to check in and get ready on time for my meeting….. he is very professional very warm and welcoming thank you . I highly recommend this property.

Didnt eat the breakfast the location was good

There is an old but true statement first impressions mean alot you don't get a second chance. Upon arrival the hotel staff had a unpleasant disposition which affected the remainder of the stay. The young lady working at the front desk had an attitude that reflected a sense of unbothered. She was quit young and probably didn't have the opportunity to be properly trained in the area of acceptable customer service which is what she will learn at some point is the foundation of a successful business. It is my hope that in going forward she will be educated in the area of exceptional guest services. Moreover, there would'ent be a need for staff without guest; therefore, let's try and remember you don't pay me I pay you so remain professional at all cost. This young ladies professional demeanor can be considered delinquent at best and not a good representation of Scottish Inns.
