Avoid this agency! We had a problem with the digital door on our 3rd day, the interface not working anymore. No one answered our call or our messages on Whatsapp even though they said they are reachable at any time. In the end we had to stay in another place as we received no assistance. It is absolutely unacceptable.

shower place needs to be fixed ASAP !!!!!!

The location is perfect, the Appartment is big and well equipped

They gave me two codes one for the main entrance and one for the flat, but there were no main entrance I was confused a bit. The manager doesn’t respond quickly to the messages.

Location is fantastic, the apartment was good. Heaters were very nice in -3degree, but I was not feeling cold. The owners were in contact not every time but were in contact by watsp or telegram only. Owner is very nice person

No blind on the window glasses around the appartment and curtains were not fully covered the appartment privacy. soap/gell was not provided. Shower area water was not draining well. Lot of noise around the apartment due to bars and people shouting very loudly. Appartment door was open condition while check in and locks was not working from outisde so we feel insecured in first night. Property owner were not present at any time.
