Aile için temizlik iyi değil. Sabit koltuk kir içinde. Giriş saati 15.00 da gitmemize rağmen temizlik devam ediyordu. Daha sonra gelin dedi personel. Çıkış saatinde aynı esneklik yoktu.

Our stay in the apartment in Madrid was simply uncomfortable — unless you’re very good at DIY repairs, it can even be a nightmare. We didn’t have any issues with check-in only because we happened to find the cleaning staff still there. According to the confirmation email, we were assigned flat 4, but the crew took us to flat 5. Had we arrived any later and not found them by coincidence, that would have turned into quite an adventure. We booked for three people, but the flat was prepared for only two. Only one double bed was made, and the sofa bed — which we had clearly specified we would need (and which should be obvious for a three-person booking) — was not prepared. On top of that, there weren’t enough sheets provided. The first night, the heating stopped working, and we couldn’t figure it out. As a result, our first night was sleepless and freezing. In the morning, I reported the issue along with the lack of sheets and the fact that we were left with only half a toilet roll for three people over four nights, which is unacceptable. The management replied that they would take care of it, but by the time I flew back home, nothing had been done. There was also no Wi-Fi during our entire stay. When I contacted the hosts about it, their response was to tell me to “check the router myself,” as if I were the technician. Needless to say, this was not the level of service one expects from a paid accommodation. The furniture is almost non-existent. In the bedroom, there’s nowhere to put clothes — no shelves, no drawers, just a metal pipe structure with two hangers. The bathroom also lacks any place to hang towels, toilet paper, or toiletries, and there’s always a puddle on the floor after every shower. In the kitchen/living area, once you open the sofa bed, there’s literally no room left to move. The apartment is advertised to host four people, but that’s only if they take turns being inside — there were only two chairs, after all.

La ubicación

El día de entrada fuimos a dejar las maletas al cerrar la puerta ya no cerraba del todo. Llamé al anfitrión y me dijo que mandaría a alguien a mirarla como tenía cita se lo dije y me dijo que no importaba que la persona podía mirarlo. Cuando volví por la noche seguía la puerta igual .No había nada para cerrarla por dentro Esa noche la pasé fatal por que es un lugar donde hay bares y la gente se sentaban en el sescansillo de la puerta que por cierto da directo a la calle y no pude dormir en toda la noche. Por la mañana volví a enviar un mensaje al anfitrión y ne contestó que había pasado la persona que mandaron y vio la puerta cerrada le mandé un video de la puerta y a las dos horas me volvió a poner otro mensaje pidiéndome disculpa y q tuviera paciencia que lo mandaría a arreglar. De los tres días que pasé nunca vinieron a arreglar la puerta. La peste a bajante es horrible, polvo por todos lados el bajente del lavabo se salía por abajo el sillón manchado por todos lado. El peor alojamiento en el que me he quedado.

Lo mejor del alojamiento es sin duda la ubicación.

En primer lugar la suciedad y la cantidad de polvo que había por todo el alojamiento. El cabecero de la cama, bajo la cama, los zócalos, las traseras de las puertas... No se habían limpiado en meses al menos. Frontales de la cocina parece que se hubieran limpiado con un paño lleno de grasa... El sofá cama... mejor casi ni comentar... Lleno de manchas por todas partes. El WiFi no funcionaba. Por suerte no necesitábamos usarlo de forma urgente. La cama... pues dormir en el suelo y la dureza de la cama es más o menos similar. Aunque este punto somos conscientes que es algo más personal. Las sábanas tenían pelos cuando llegamos el primer día... Y no eran nuestros ya que ambas personas tenemos el pelo corto. La puerta principal no tiene ningún tipo de aislante acústico lo que provoca que, al estar al pie de calle, se escuche literalmente cualquier mínimo ruido de quien pase por la acera, coches, conversaciones, golpes... Hay también olor a desagüe... El alojamiento es oscuro. Aconsejaría colocar en la puerta vinilo translúcido para permitir que pase luz durante el día y no tener las cortinas cerradas. Es una cueva. Un precio elevado para un sitio que no tiene un mantenimiento adecuado.

O apartamento era compacto, limpo e muito bem equipado. Próximo do centro. Fizemos todo o passeio a pé. Gostei muito.

Poderia haver um microondas. Para refeições rápidas.

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear....sabanas sucias, cocina llena de grasa ...sofá sucio....
