"I usually have a great stay here but this time around they messed up my booking and gave me a room with a shared bathroo"

I was placed in a room that had a shared bathroom when the property description said it was a private bathroom. This couldn’t be changed as they were over booked. Booking.com offered some money back but ended taking some of it back and I didn’t understand the reason for it

The breakfast was lovely and the team were great.

my bathroom was not clean,the cleaning stuff need to do a thorough analysis. I mean someone threw up or had runny tummy and messed up the toilet bowl. It was not cleaned had to ask twice.
