We had an outstanding stay at Fivitel Cong Troi Dong Giang. The accommodation was clean and well furnished, the dining options were varied and delicious, the location is incredible, being right next to the beautiful waterfall. The accommodation is set in a securely gated resort, a buggy car transported us through the grounds to our accommodation. I also must highly praise the staff; when we stayed a member from our group had an incident and his motorcycle needed to be recovered. The staff were incredibly helpful and coordinated with our rental company to pick up the bike. Many thanks for looking after us and for a wonderful stay.

The comfortable bed, the location, the staff availability

This place is a hotel in a big amusement park in the middle of the forest. We had some issues with the cleanliness of the room when we arrive (toilets, balcony), the sound insulation is really bad (you hear everyone from the corridor and when we stayed some families were living with open doors and shouting to each other), lots of kids shouting, the dinner was expensive and not qualitative at all.

Very friendly stuff. Got the chance to meet the owner of the hotel. They are very welcoming and offered us to show us around in the park by them selfes. Roof top pool with stunning view and a waterfall which is accessable and great for a swim. You are surrounded by a lush green jungle which gives this place a nice athmosphere. All kinds of little events happening here and there in the evening but stop soon enough not to interrupt your sleep. There is a little shop for the daily needs like drinks and snacks. There is a restaurant for normal food. Generaly a great stay for 2 - 3 days. Relax and enjoy the location in a very remote jungle area.

Food should be better for the price.

This was a great escape! It was quirky resort, the staff were just incredible and everyone there seemed to be happy. We had been travelling for a while, and just wanted somewhere nice to stay for a couple of nights. The rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy and the staff were super friendly. There was Karaoke in use for birthday and other celebrations but both nights it was finished by 10pm and it just created part of the atmosphere there. The caves were great to wander around. The new cable car will be a great asset when done. The resort wasn't 100% perfectly complete, but we still gave it a 10!!

Facilities were closed activities not available. Buffet food was not nice. The music was 10 decibels to loud for the 30 people in attendance . Go deaf. The cleaning of steps to caves king kong and temple. Not cleaned in a year. Rubbish to be picked up and disposed of. Pool near dinosaur eggs not cleaned for at 6 months. Management blamed staff for being slow. Because they are a minority group. Management need to act correctly and show how it should be done then. We found the staff good.

Loved the setting, walking to waterfalls and exploring caves, also very comfortable beds, great soft lighting in the room and extremely helpful front desk staff

The breakfast buffet foods had gone quite cold when we went for breakfast. We also had an issue where our shower pressure was awful
