CasaRiomaggiore "a few steps from the sea"

Fantastic communication from the Host. She was away at the time of check in but provided amazing detail and photos of how to get to the location and check in. As well as extra detail on the Cinque Terre pass and Via del Amore tickets. The apartment had a tight staircase but each of the rooms was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing.

Fabulous balcony with the best view for drinks at sunset and breakfast in the morning!

The internal steps. Not suitable for people with mobility issues or larger people. Unexpected also. I had to empty my suitcase at the bottom and take bits up one at a time to get all my belongings up these steps to the bedroom.

The location and views were absolutely, stunning! Sabrina was very helpful and we were able to get tourist card for discounted and unlimited access to via Dell’Amore hike. Would not hesitate to book again.

Having to lug up baggage to the property is quite a bit of work, and no AC. The views, location and aura of the place made it easy to ignore.

Location was amazing. Great little patio to have dinner, drinks and watch the sunset. Worked for us plus our three teenage boys.

We were there during a heat wave so it did get a bit hot and doesn't have air conditioning. The staircase is very tight and twisty which was ok for us but others might find difficult. Is quite hard to get heavy luggage from the train station to the accommodation and back, but again, for the location, you can manage!

This is an amazing, one-of-a-kind place to stay in Riomaggiore! The location can’t be beat…It truly is just a few steps away from the marina area. Our family of five absolutely loved the 3-level flat, which includes a circular staircase, a delightful porthole window, and best of all, a fantastic top-floor bedroom with a balcony with unbeatable views of the sea and the village of Riomaggiore. (In fact, as we were watching a short film about the making of the Disney movie “Luca”, we could see the flat and the balcony from a shot the filmmakers had taken from the bay!) Sabrina is a wonderful host, who prepared us so well for our visit and was incredibly kind and accommodating. The flat is clean, comfortable, and just a really special place (and a really good value).

Nothing. You do have to be able to navigate stairs, so would not recommend for those with mobility challenges.

Location near the sea and harbor is terrific. There is a very nice small balcony on the top level with excellent views. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean.

It is tiny, tiny, with 3 levels stacked on top of each other. There is a tiny spiral staircase between the levels and limited seating area. This property requires the ability to walk a significant number of steps to the property and inside the property. Large luggage is useless - pack small to visit anywhere in Riomaggiore.

The view from the balcony looks out of a literal movie! The location is everything!!! Everything was super clean and you have everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The communication with the host was also very fluent and helpful!

The only “bad” thing is that there’s no wifi which usually wouldn’t be a problem but the phone signal was also poor so you don’t have internet access in the entire house. Also keep in mind it’s a 3 floor apartment, the stairs are very challenging!

The location of the property was outstanding since it was right off the marina in Riomaggiore and overlooking the ocean. The highlight of our trip was sitting off the balcony and enjoying some of the incredible sunsets each night while sipping local wine. Sabrina, our host, was also incredibly responsive and provided us with detailed directions on how to find the property and useful information to have during our visit. We will definitely visit again in the future.

The facilities were basic, no major frills but comfortable overall. Since the property is comprised of three levels with a narrow circular stairwell, it was impossible to carry our luggage up to the room levels.

Location and views were outstanding. A really cute interesting place. We dont mind stairs and there are a lot to access the rooms from the street level.
