Pool was great. Lovely staff

Quite hard to get around. Gojek drivers kept going the wrong way as there is a road near by that is gravel and very hard to drive down. This needs to be addressed

Villa needs renovation and proper cleaning. Our story: We have booked a stay in this place for 4 adults, 1child (10yo), and infant (11mo). There’s mold in every bathroom, doors don’t close. There leaking water int he living room with ceilings being wet. There unknown pipe coming out in the back yard next to outside shower - the rems constant leaking of unknown fluids. There chlorine smell in the pool, water is green. There’s only few cup for drinking, boiling pot lid is broken. Safety regulations are unsafe- no fire extinguisher can be found at the place where it is marked by the tenant. Glas door to the pool and outside yard are broken, can’t be completely closed so constant bug and mosquitos flow can be seen. Glass from the pool, 2nd floor are dirty, looks like have not been cleaned for few months at least. Pillows are dirty and not chaged, you can see some dirt on them. Bathroom doors don’t open and close full. You can see mold int he bathroom, shower cap is broken, elrust is everywhere. We can’t use the pool, because the water was green and still cleaning. I can unload 200 photos of every damages, but it is impossible in this testimonial. So at the night we just take some taxi and with all baggage and children went to another Villa, because there wasn’t possible to be.
