+ Firstly the customer service of the staff was fantastic. They were polite, quick to respond, helpful, and flexible with requests. Specifically the team with Adidas, Namish, Rohit, and Prastha were really wonderful + The location was beautiful and relaxing + The spa services and pool were great + The room was as advertised and comfortable

- Although the location is great if you want a peaceful place to disconnect for a few days, however if you want to travel to other places nearby, the taxi prices can be a little much when totalled

Nuestro hotel favorito durante nuestra estancia en Nepal. Apartado de las actividades turísticas pero ello se solucionaba ya que nos venían a buscar para realizar las mismas. Vale la pena por poder disfrutar las vistas y servicios del hotel. Recomendamos enormemente escoger una habitación con piscina, de ensueño. Más parecido a un apartamento que a una habitación. El menú es muy extenso y cocinan bien, aunque si no te gusta el picante, pídelo sin. Nosotros comimos en varias ocasiones en la habitación, que tenía vistas al río y a la jungla. Respecto al spa, los masajes que probamos, relajaban muchísimo. En el baño había ducha y jacuzzi. Probamos por primera vez el plato más mítico de Nepal, el Thali nepalí, nos gustó.

El servicio es tan atento y amable que a veces resulta empalagoso, pero forma parte de la personalidad del país. Al fin y al cabo, mejor un servicio así que no el sentirte desatendido.

Everything was amazing. Staff was amazing and responsive. The food was exceptional. The rooms were well kept and the sunset view was icing on the cake.

Excellent View/ Good service by Mr. Ravindra and Prakash and Chef Nandu and the housekeeping staff so attentive to make the stay memorable and comfortable! All rooms same as shown in picture . Will defiantly come again for relaxing holiday .
