"Very Good"

The house was clean and well kept.

I didn't like the elevator. Only 2 lifts and one was not working. The facilities is not well maintained. However, the master bedroom should have an ac unit or at least a new ceiling fan ( not working properly- slow).

I like this apartment. Nice, decent decorations. Many restaurants, groceries, and laundry nearby. New aircond and water heater in the master bedroom. New aircond in the living room.

The traffic noise. But you can just reduce it notably by closing the sliding door. I didn't have problems sleeping anyway.
