Desayuno Limitado respecto a la carta

la recepcionista no muy amable, servicios limitados (hielo, desayuno no era el indicado en la misma carta del menu, servicio al area de alberca nunca acudio)

Aussicht und Entspannung am Pool. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.

Da es ein Boutique Hotel ist gab es keinen Kühlschrank, und man durfte offiziell keine eigenen Getränke mitbringen. Unser Zimmer war nicht fertig gereinigt vor Ankunft, aber eine Ausnahme.

Rooms, restaurants and pool .

Front desk was a disaster. There was only one person at front desk, so we waited a long time to be assigned a room. My 84 year old mom decided last minute to join us but the hotel couldn’t accommodate us, the front desk lady denied us a extra room , or extra bed for her, when I was looking for options at booking app I found an extra room at Tatala (same hotel) I did the purchase through the app, all ended well for me and my family but Tatala managment didn’t help at all, there was bad customer service, bad attitude, just not friendly at all. I hope management change because I loved the place, rooms, pool and vibe just badly trained staff.
