Strange smell in the living room

It was like being in a home away from home. Very comfortable and nicely furnished. Conveniently located , close to all transportation. Highly recommend, look forward to returning.

There was a stain on the wall by the air conditioner. It looked like mold , but it wasn't.

It was clean and parking is not hard at all. It was convenient and very easy to find. The instructions were clear and the room is full of facilities that my family felt at home.

A perfect home either for a family with kids (4-5 pax) or a couple seeking to stay a "little away" from the crowded downtown. The location is secured from the busy national highway and noise as it is situated safely around 50 meters away. Besides, it is around a 15-minute drive to the SM City Uptown. Likewise, known commercial establishments and significant outlets are just along the road for you to drop by. The host sent her staff to assist us on our way up to our billeting. They are helpful and attentive. This was appreciated. The instructions given to us by the host were clear, concise, and easy to follow. However, one of the staff of the building manning the lobby needs to undergo training in customer relations to improve her performance. She imposed unnecessary requirements on us and appeared unaware of our arrival. She's not knowledgeable. She stopped us unnecessarily. Let's forget this embarrassment. I hope she is going to improve her work and ways next time. Likewise, we had a good cardio exercise going up to the 4th floor and down since the elevator was not serviceable during our 3-day stay. We had luggages and many things up and down. This situation should have been posted to keep us aware. The pool needs proper maintenance and care. I observed that the guards were observant and doing their job well.
