Very clean and comfortable beds. Spacious for 5/6 people. We had 3 children with us for the stay (youngest 5yr). The place may not be suitable for those with toddler aged children due to internal stairs, and glass balcony. For all other age groups this accommodation is lovely! Nice local restaurants and easy access to bus into town.

Clean, modern, quality linen and furniture

We were NOT told that we had to share a common lounge and kitchen with guest's booked into the other 2 bedrooms, literally 2m away from ours.This was a shock for us and the other guests who walked into the apartment. We had two nights of little sleep due to the bedroom directly above us and every sound is amplified by the wooden floor - one night three young men coming back at 4am and the 2nd night the resident was packing her suitcase at 5am. This apartment is NOT conducive to individual bookings but should be booked out for families or friends traveling together. You can't expect strangers to stay in this close space, especially if no prewarning or information is guven on the exact facilities on offer.

We are trying to find something negative but we can't find anything. Great room, big, very clean with all the equipment and even umbrellas!!! Just perfect! And in a quiet neighborhood.

Modern and stylish room in the outer part of Bologna. Beds are comfortable, air conditioning is powerful, shutters can be adjusted automatically. Kitchen and dining area is shared with the other rooms. Paid parking is possible near the building. The communication with the host was smooth, self check-in is efficient. The building and the apartment opens with passcodes making it easy to check-in and go in and out as you like. Historic center in within 40 mins walking distance.

Lacks soundproofing, so if there are guests in other rooms, you will definitely hear them (packing, talking, etc). If you are a light sleeper, prepare with earplugs.

A very pleasant stay! The apartment is of a high standard, with beautiful decor and great, atmospheric lighting. The water pressure was excellent, and the minibar was a lovely touch. In terms of location, it's well connected and there’s a fantastic café nearby. Getting into the apartment was super easy with the access code, and the lobby area is a real plus – there’s a fridge and a small kitchenette available. Highly recommended!

If I were to suggest one small improvement, it would be to provide a bit more bottled water. Half a liter for two people felt a bit too little, especially for guests arriving late at night when nearby shops may already be closed. It's a minor thing, but it would make a noticeable difference in comfort.
