SR75 Semi-Detached House with Private Pool

We really enjoyed the private pool. Was a great way of cooling down on a hot day. The outside area and the furniture was what attracted us to the property initially and it did not disappoint. We spent a lot of time out there. Generous size fridge which came in very handy to keep drinks cool. Private off road parking was a bonus and much appreciated as parking could have been an issue otherwise. As we are very familiar with La Marina, we felt the property is in a great location within easy reach of consum square, the grey area, top strip and San Fulgencio so were able to walk to most places.

Would have preferred to have air conditioning in both bedrooms as had to leave downstairs bedroom door open to take advantage of the air conditioning in the lounge and it didn’t give any privacy. Could benefit from a lick of paint to freshen it up a little, plus more comfortable beds and extra pillows. None of this would deter me from staying here again though, I would make sure I brought pillows with me next time! Was worth it just for the outside space alone.
