Relatively close to main attractions. A car will take you to the city center in 10 min and to the Penang Hill in approximaltely 20 min. The apartment is spacious and the views are nice as well. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for the elevator.
While the building is supposed to be new, the installations are poorly maintained. The bathrooms could definitely use a little more care. The couch and pillows in the living room are pretty dirty. The rooftop pool is nice but has only 5 lounge chairs.

Check in was smooth. Instruction was clear. Host are most welcoming and easy to deal with, tq Mr Dave. Got 2 parking lots. Easy for us family travelling with 2 cars. Smooth access to the house. Not much walking. Got 2 access card as well. House is spacious. Super clean. Super elegant. Both rooms and living room got aircond. Basic neccessities met. In terms of distance from main attraction, its roughly aroung 5 mins away from komtar, 7mins from gurney drive. 3 mins from penang GH. So technically its in the city center but on the more quite area. Overall we had a pleasant stay.
