FRL'appartement est superbe dans une magnifique résidence et dans un quartier résidentiel. Très spacieux, propre et confortable
Il est dommage en revanche que certains petits détails ne soit pas corrigés par l'agence de location comme la chasse d'eau des toilettes de la SDB qui ne fonctionne pas toujours et que l'on a dû activer manuellement la plupart du temps, ou une plinthe non fixé avec des clous apparents ou la lumière de la hôte HS ou la communication avec l'agence qui est asses froide et pas toujours claire et évidente si on en parle pas Italien mais tous ces détails ne nous ont pas empêcher de passé un excellent séjour. A noter aussi qu'une des 2 chambres donne sur la rue qui est asses bruyante en revanche
ESLa cocina era nueva, el sofá era enorme y los espacios eran muy bonitos, se notaba la elegancia italiana.
Al llegar a la casa, había un baño que no tenía agua normal, solo caliente y ese WC no descargó agua en los 4 días que estuvimos, intentaron arreglarlo pero no funcionaba (aunque nos dijeron que sí). No había apenas utensilios de cocina,no nos dejaron bolsas de basura, tienes lavadora y lavavajillas pero no te dejan ni jabón de ropa ni de lavavajillas (es la primera vez que nos pasa y siempre escojo alojarme en apartamentos ya que nos gusta cocinar en vacaciones y siempre hemos encontrado jabón al menos para el lavavajillas). Tampoco había ningún trapo para secar la encimera con lo que la secábamos con servilletas de papel que compramos nosotros. El apartamento tenía bastantes humedades en los zócalos y en el armario de los vasos y platos. Éramos cuatro personas y nos dejaron dos toallas grandes y algunas pequeñas para ducharnos (es la primera vez que nos pasa y viajamos 4 veces al año), cuando las pedí no obtuve respuesta.

CZESThe house was just like the pictures. It was really beautiful. The sofa was big and confortable. It has a smart TV and good Internet connection.
There weren't enough lights at the house and some bulbs didn't work, like the entrance corridor one, you couldn't see anything when you entered. It was a very cold house and we asked the host if he could turn on the heating but he told us he couldn't do that. I get that this was in September and maybe they turn it on when October starts but it was a very cold week, we had to wear our jackets inside. Another problem: plugs. They were too old, we couldn't plug in the hairdryer or the iron (only in the kitchen, where there's one modern one). Lastly, you can't fully close the bathroom door (and the toilet is just in front of the door, which has a huge glass, by the way), so I couldn't use it comfortably. Not enough kitchen supplies, it's not easy to find the entrance door nor a parking spot if the one that the host tells you to use is occupied... A lot of things to improve in order to advertise it as a top tier house.
