Unfortunately our arrival experience was an adventure. The night before Etna erupted and we had to land in Palermo. Our host stayed up to make sure we got to our accommodation safely. We communicated before and throughout the stay, making sure everything was ok for us. He helped us with transportation from the airport to the accommodation and back and made us feel safe even though we started from the vulcano with the left. Very spacious, clean and well equipped location.

The accommodation is grade 10

Very clean and modern apartment with super friendly and helpful host, made our stay that much easier and comfortable.

The street can be a little dodgy at night so just be on high alert or walk in pairs, otherwise all is well

It'central location, modern furnishings, and good air conditioning.

Great service and comunication, very helpful. Everything very easy to handle and immediate respondentů to any question. Higly recomend. Comfort place, we liked that a lot.

We stayed here on our honeymoon and it was the perfect space for a couple. The apartment is ideally located as equidistant from the main train station and the city centre. It was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully equipped so as to provide everything you might need during your break. The host was incredibly attentive. She kept in touch throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble for her.

My only negative comment is about the intrusive street noise at night.
