High Tide - Filey apartment close to beach

This was my first time to Filey, and High Tide proved to be the absolute perfect base for exploring the lovely area. Extremely well-turned-out apartment, very spacious and light rooms, very comfortable bed (haven't slept so much/well in my life!), and with everything you need to cook from home should you wish to. Nice little decorative touches throughout and a very homely, comforting feeling to the flat. Ideally located, just minutes from Tesco, the bus and train stations, and a short walk to the beach. Jane, the host, was very swift and responsive to any issues and good, comprehensive instructions were given to assist on arrival. It really exceeded my expectations - and I would definitely both recommend it and book again in future.

There was a little noise from the adjacent property on the first couple of days - mainly I think due to the rainy weather/kids being stuck indoors and bored - but by and large it wasn't too intrusive noise-wise in the flat.

Central location close to bus and train stations, shops, and restaurants. Ten minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is well presented, cosy, and comfortable. More importantly, it is exceptionally clean. Jane does a great job of managing the property and is easily contactable, if needed.

Nothing springs to mind.

The location is perfect. Just off the main road into Filey, near a bus and rail station ,within sniffing distance of an excellent chippy and in site of a biggish Tesco's. The beach is about 5 minutes walk away. The flat is clean, modern and well equipped. Dedicated, off-street, seagull-proof parking is also a big plus for this property.

Very minor niggle. I could have done with a cheese grater in the otherwise superbly equipped kitchen.

Lovely clean well equipped apartment close to all Fileys amenities. Supermarket and bus station just over the road.

Struggled with the Key lock, it took numerous attempts to open it.

Everything. Clean, modern and cosy

There wasn't anything to dislike.
