Ocean View Penthouse in P.V. Romantic Zone

Wow! This place was amazing. The location is spot on. It is 1/2 block from the ocean and right on the edge of the old town. This means coffee, bars, restaurants, art, grocery, and street food is an easy walk away. Since it i near the ocean/boardwalk, this also means it is pretty quite. This area is lively at night, but I could not hear it (and I am a light sleeper). The place itself was amazing as well. This is a modern, with two huge bedrooms with their own baths, and a large kitchen sitting area. The unit has a nice deck, perfect for watching the waves roll in. The host was super responsive. He partners with Tomas (the concierge) who met me to let me in. The building only has 12 units that share a rooftop infinity pool. This is nice as you are not fighting for pool or deck space. The whole stay was super easy. This is a really nice place and a perfect location. I would book again.

This was on the top end of the budget. However, the ease, the location, the quality, and the size made up for it. It was well worth paying a tad more for this stay.

The location is perfect…one half block off the malecon. If you need reference, facing Molina de Agua, one block from Oscars/Rio Cuále. Close to everything…couldn’t be better. Very good security system plus attendant on duty to answer questions. The unit itself is very modern with two nice szed bedrooms and en-suite baths. The kitchen is especially well appointed with every imaginable pot, pan and dish, including spices. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was much appreciated after a couple weeks in resorts. Although the unit has AC and the temps were in the high 80’s, we never used the AC. Fans and open windows at night kept temps very pleasant. Sweet little balcony with view of malecon and beach. All in all it was an awesome place to spend our last several days in PV.

Location You could not ask for a better location in the Romantic or Centro zones. One building up from the Malecon and the ocean and one block to the river leading to the Centro area. There are numerous convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops within a block, and the entire romantic zone within a few more. Quiet This is the quietest place you can be and still be in the romantic zone (and I am very noise adverse). There was none of the late-night thumping music from the numerous night clubs that we experienced while staying at other accommodations in the area. Being right below the pool deck made it extremely quiet at night (but there could be some noise from sliding lounge chairs during the day, although it is a small building and there aren’t many people using the pool) Views As seen in the pictures, you have a great view of the ocean Host Sasha was quick to reply to any inquiries and did his best to assist in any way he could. He was very proactive in making sure we knew everything about the place and were comfortable during our stay. He even went out of his way to ship back a couple items we accidentally left behind. Building/unit Everything was just as seen\described in the listing. The building staff we very friendly and will assist you in any way possible. The lobby is staffed during the day and evening, but the card key access made it very secure after hours. The building is on a quiet dead-end street, so there is little traffic to interrupt the sounds of the crashing waves while lounging on the patio (not the same as other places we have stayed nearby). The unit was well stocked with everything we needed. The huge smart TVs in every room were a welcome addition, as was the high-speed internet. Separate AC thermostats in every room made for a great night’s sleep for people with different temperature preferences. The beds were very comfortable with extra pillows and blankets available.

Location Location Location just steps/less than a block off the Malecon heading north to Centro or South to the Romantic Zone. From all windows in the place you have a view of the bay. Sashas’s place is PERFECTLY positioned to provide everything a traveler could desire: SAFETY, WATER VIEW from every window, SHOPPING, DINING, DANCING, MARKET, BANK, GROCERY. The unit offers high end furnishings. The kitchen is well stocked. Rooftop is one flight of stairs or an elevator ride up to swimming pool, gym, grill, comfy furniture. I travelled w my 84 yr old mother who relaxed in a modern recliner watching Netflix while I enjoyed sunsets in the pool or on the deck w a glass of wine never running into another resident/guest. There is one other unit on the floor inhabited by a kind neighbor. on a quiet street we were greeted by the doorman/helpful w everything from carrying bags to calling a friend who not only arranged our private snorkel outing on

There was nothing we did not like, tho it took us a couple days to locate the flatware (pull out the large drawer under the cooktop and then pull out the drawer tucked away above the dishes).
