The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The location was convenient. Right off the freeway and only @ 15 minutes to the River Walk. The rooms were a decent size and clean. The price was reasonable as well.

Only complaint is that our TV didn't work. Didn't bother calling the front desk since we returned to the room so late and left early the next morning.

It was quiet during the week.

On the weekend, there were multiple obvious drug transactions and prostitution. Won’t stay here again- area is not that safe in general I was told later by a Lyft driver

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The grounds were well kept and well lit at night time.

Location

No toilet paper upon arrival, no hand soap, floor was not swept or mopped, dirty towel left in bathroom

Pretty quiet around here.

Staff was very kind. The room was clean and the AC was working really well. Convenient.

There were some things that were stained, like the bed covers (not the sheets, those were clean and smelled fresh) and some towels.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. You get what you pay for.

Soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. Area is a bit sketchy. Saw other guests smoking weed and drinking right outside their room door.

Closeness to reason for the stay

Staff kind of treated me like I was shifty or something. Had a hard time checking in but the reason for the stay was a family member passing away and just felt nothing but insensitivity. The booking and the stay was just whatever and served it's purpose I guess but I won't be looking to book here again
