"A welcoming hotel in Nairobi"

Friendly staff and nice facilities.

I had already paid via Booking.com some months ago but was charged again by the hotel at check in. I had to go back and check my records. Once I brought it to the front desk's attention they solved the problem but still, not a great start. Not sure who was at fault, Booking.com or the hotel.
