"Not as peaceful neighbourhood as described"

The property has served its purpose, it was really warm inside.

The smell of smoked weed was quite unpleasant especially I was travelling with three young kids. Very loud road nearby.

"Good facilities though the stairs were tricky to negotiate"

Kitchen facilities worked well and great to have a washing mschine.

We didn't realise the bedrooms were up some very narrow stairs.

Location was good for sports centre. Good kitchen equipment. Clean fresh towels and bedding

Could do with a deep clean. Beds slightly uncomfortable could feel springs.
