Schon beim Betreten der Unterkunft ein einziges Wow. Rund um gelungen großartiger Wohlfühlfaktor, ganz viel Liebe zum Detail. Tolle Farben. Grosszügigkeit der Räume und die gesamte Ausstattung an sich. Die Veranda dazu. Einfach toll wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Very nicely decorated, professional, comfortable. Warm and welcoming. The rooms were warm too.

A bit of a mess on the terrace, old leaves and grass and a broken flower pot, even on the veranda inside. but maybe it was blowing. I see, the beginning of the season. And also, when people were in the neighboring house, I could hear every word.

Absolutely everything.. from big driveway down to cottages that had overhanging trees, almost like a tunnel blanket down to the smallest of unique touches inside the cottage! It really is a place away from home, cosy, private and spotless! The owners really thought of everything, big throws/blankets, candles, bathrobes slippers, the list goes on, we were finding new things on the second day that exceeded our expectations! Myself and my partner will most definitely be re-booking!

Mews is exactly as described. Everything we needed for our short stay. Location is in a quiet area just a short drive into Kilkenny and surrounds. Mel the host was very communicative and answered all our questions very quickly.

Mews 1 gives you the feeling that you're a guest in someone's home. I loved the warm & cozy robe! Kitchen was well equipped, even with champagne glasses.

The water pressure in our unit was low the 1st day; if someone was using water in the kitchen you had little or none in the bathroom and it was even worse on our 2nd day; water just dribbled for both our showers (we even waited to see if it would improve). The courtyard needed some tidying (leaves, debris, etc.) Access around the bed with 2 suitcases was a bit tight and you could hear highway noise.

We arrived a day later than expected, and Mel was very accommodating about it. No problems at all about getting to and into the property. We liked that it was behind a key coded gate. Was very safe and lovely.

When we booked we knew it was set away from Kilkenny town. It was like Mary Poppins said...  Perfect in every eay. We were greted by Mel who was so lovely. The best self catering property we have stayed in and over the years we have been to so many.   Every thing you need has been thought about.  It was immaculate.  One day we just stayed there. The sun was shining and we had a wonderful sectioned off patio complete with garden furniture.  A glass of wine and a good book. I wished we had booked this for longer.  10/10 top of our list. Fantastic. We will book again.
