Excellent customer service in dealing with a couple of small issues. Great location - good neighborhood and not far to the city sites.

Easy access, elevator, room equipments, 1st floor, kind host, coffee machine, cleanliness.

crowdly hall with bed, kitchen, bathroom, while the bedroom is huge and almost empty, one of the bed is hard, the other one is used and soft, bring pillow with you.

The host, Roxy, was great. Extremely helpful, welcoming and great communication. She is a proper host.

Last minute, due to some boiler issues, they have changed my room, and Roxy did her best to facilitate the changes. But unfortunately, new new place was not ready for new guests and it was freezing. The electricity went off a couple of times and there was a lot of mould.

Great location in town. Clean and comfortable bed and pillows. Recommend staying here in future.

Slats at the end of the bed were broken. Only found this out when we went to sit at the end of the bed to put our shoes on and fell through. Shower did not drain well so showers were cut short. Small bathroom but had everything we needed for our stay.

Location is great,everything is near, caffee, shop, bakery,bus stop. It's calm, apartment is great,it has all things you need for stay.
