City & Tram apartment

Calidad precio perfecto para dormir, y muy buena ubicación

Las toallas eran demasiado pequeñas, eran de manos. Yo les recomendaría comprar un poco más grandes

The only good thing about this accommodation was its location, as it is close to the tram stop and, when we stayed there during the Christmas period, it was also very close to the Christmas markets.

The price doesn't reflect the quality of the apartment at all and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Both beds in the apartment (one single and one double) had bedbugs. I personally found four bedbugs in total, which is completely unacceptable. Another issue was the dining area. Even though the booking was for two people, there was only one chair, which meant that one person had to eat standing up. The kitchen was also very problematic. There was no proper drainage system and instead two 20-litre containers were placed under the sink to collect water. Once full, they had to be emptied manually into the bathroom. This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the listing and we only found out at check-in. It was extremely inconvenient, especially considering how heavy the containers were and it was impossible to wash even a few dishes before they filled up again.

El apartamento está limpio y las indicaciones para llegar están muy claras.

Está un poco lejos de la zona turística,como 20 minutos andando, pero en los alrededores hay súpers y restaurantes.Las almohadas son finísimas e incomodas

Location was ok. Near train and tram stations.

The shower cubicle was very small. Hardly able to move. The beds literally took up most space in the room with little or no space to move with our luggages there especially for family of 4.
