City & Tram apartment

Excellent location and had a well equipped kitchen. Bathroom had been renovated. Good price for the location. It was shabby but provided a good base for our 3 day stay.

Beware as there is no working plumbing in the kitchen. The dirty sink water goes into 2 large plastic containers under the sink and you have to unscrew them and empty them into the toilet and reinstall these containers under the sink! This was a dirty smelly job, heavy lifting, and I'm surprised if this is legal. The pipes under the sink were broken when we arrived but the host did get them fixed the next day.The bathroom sink was draining very slowly but that also was fixed for us. The pillows are very small...need full sized pillows. One of the kitchen chairs is loose at the back and needs fixing.

la cucina era molto particolare e difficilmente usabile. la stanza è piccola per 4 persone. Molto rumore dei vicini. impossibile aprire la finestra per l'odore di fritto del negozio sottostante

O apartamento é pequeno e já tem alguma idade.

Property is at a great location. Close to station and a tram stop. Also shopping district and bus stands are walkable distance. Bed room and bathroom were clean. Balcony was nice to have.

Only 1 thing I didnt like which was the biggest problem. No dishwasher and no WATER OUTLET in kitchen!!!! The water from basin gets collected in 2 big tubs which can overflow all over kitchen unless you carefully disconnect the pipes and take the tubs to toilet and empty them. Hard as hell to do. This is a big let down and it requires reimbursement
