The view was great

Sometimes the staff knocking on the door to ask questions, while they could have texted us. We sometimes felt we didn't have real privacy. We left some laundry to be washed, everything else was fine but my girlfriend's one of the shirts smelled terrible after the laundry service, it literally had a really strong smell of a local man's sweat, filling the whole room with the smell, and I'm not even exaggerating, it could not be used until it was washed again. When I asked if there was some issue with the laundry, they left me on read. When I asked again, they told me they're still checking with the laundry, they never got back to me about it. Not even an apology. Just overall really unprofessional staff.

The location is very nice and once we step off the room, it could can be seen the nice mountain range and opposite side of kandy city. The scenery was quite nicw and amazing. And also with in few times could be reached out to kandy city by different access roads

The rooms are cleaned but, it couldn't be set for Vale for money and there's no any clothes rak and haven't seen items to make coffees or cup of tea ( coffees packet,sugar, etc). Also in the bathroom there were some water leaking and the price of the meals in side the hotel we're quite high by comparing to outside

A pesar de no llover, había una caída continua de agua desde el tejado que no caía a un canalón, y se hacía incómodo el goteo continuado en el mismo punto

L'emplacement de cet hôtel est idéal, le personnel aux petits soins, nous avons bénéficié d'une tres grande chambre avec vue sur la montagne, magnifique !

Clean room with a nice view. Plenty of car parking. Staff is friendly. Best hotel for the price in kandy
