De kamers waren comfortabel met een ruim balkon met een mooi uitzicht over de heuvels rond Kandy

Alleen bij aankomst was er personeel en bij het ontbijt. Er was ‘‘s avonds niemand in huis waar we wat te drinken konden bestellen. Na app contact werd ons duidelijk gemaakt dat we ons eigen drankje mee konden nemen naar de ontbijtruimte om daar nog even te zitten. Het ontbijt was de eerste ochtend een Engels ontbijt, en álles was koud. De tweede dag werd dit overigens (na een opmerking hierover) wel goed gemaakt met een uitgebreid Sri Lankaans ontbijt. Al met al ijkt het of dit hotel nog niet klaar is om gasten te ontvangen

I had a peaceful and refreshing stay at The Hills by First Team. The hotel is calm and quiet, surrounded by stunning mountain views that make it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were warm, helpful, and always had a smile. If you're looking for a place to unwind and escape from the noise of the outside world, this is the ideal spot.

Der Blick war traumhaft und die Unterkunft lag ein wenig außerhalb des crowdy Kandys, welches wir sehr angenehm fanden. Das Badezimmer war super, der Balkon auch schön und das Personal sehr nett.

A beautiful property with amazing views from the balcony. The staff were very friendly especially Ranjith who booked his friend for us to be a driver for the next day and take us all the way to Sigiriya. The breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious, lots of choice. Thank you for a lovely stay.

From the moment of arrival, where they know what the definition of a warm welcome means, giving us an amazing honeymoon decoration in our room, followed by inviting us to a Pirith ceremony to bless the property, They went the extra mile to also have monk bless our marriage. This was an amazing unforgettable experience. Each night we've received a message asking by what time we'd like to receive our breakfast, everything was freshly made, from a local breakfast to an English breakfast. We enjoyed our breakfast with the amazing view this hotel offers you. It is a little bit away from the Kandy rush however if that is what you like you'll enjoy this slightly hidden gem.
